Get insights as to how busy a site is or going to be, view availibility of desks, lockers, parking or any other type of asset you might need on site.
Day plan
At the core of Daysie lies the day plan, encompassing essential details about what a user plans to do such as location, when they'll be there and what they need for the day - desk, car park, meeting room etc.
Team View
See at a glance what your team is doing or planning to do, manage collaboration days and see who's working where and when, as well as what's happening at work that day.
Asset Management
An asset is essentially anything a user might need in their work day - Daysie lets you define any type of asset your users might need and manages availibilty - desks, car parks, rooms, portable white boards etc. Whatever it is, you can create and mange it.
User Skills
Create and manage user skills like a first aider or fire warden. Users can add these to their profile and set reminders if the type of skill can expire. Other users can then locate them if needed for a task or function within the organization.
Notices
Create notices that deliver important info or reminders to users - these present themselves as a user creates a plan or checks into a site. Configure them so users have to acknowledge them i.e. Health and Safety requirement etc.
