With a country like Aotearoa, running a mobile network of cell towers and technology sites is no small feat that One New zealand and 40south do on a daily basis. The complexity of keeping this critical infrastructure humming, knowing who is working where and when, safely managing contractors on and off these sites - brought about the need for a solution like One Manager.
Seveno designed and developed a mobile / web solution to make managing this complexity just that much easier. Active dashboards and monitored alerts takes the stress out of managing contractors and their where abouts... are they on time, overdue and ensuring the right person is accessing the right location.

Feature Highlights
Managed Check In
Manage contractors onto sites with check in workflow - reason for access, expected time on site, acknowledge site notices and hazards and finally acknowledged check in from Operations Center.
Managed Check Out
Managed check out workflow ensures all security protocols and locks are re activiated, any introduced hazards are closed or tagged as persisting and finally acknowledged check out from Operations Center.
Contractor Verification
Managed check in of contractors verifies the assigned contractor is the one accessing the site - if for any reason a different contractor accesses the site then operations Center notified.
Notification
Message contractors as and when needed as well as contractors recieve notifcations if another checks into the site they're currently on.
Activity Monitor
Interactive dashboards allow the operations center to keep an eye on what's happening - active sites, number onsite, ovedue check outs, hazards added and pending check in's and check outs.
Hazard / Incident
Hazard and Incident reporting with integration to third party health and safety platform to fully manage incidents and hazards as per company policy.
