Hengyi Pacific enlisted Seveno to create and provide a tailored digital experience that befits New Zealand's tallest and most prestigious apartment complexes, conveying the inherent style and sophistication embodied by the Pacifica. This solution was designed to enhance the overall experience of residing within the Pacifica community.

The My Pacifica application was crafted with user-friendliness in mind, consolidating various systems into a unified user interface. Through this app, residents can effortlessly retrieve information about their apartments, the building, and the neighboring community. They can also engage with the concierge and valet team, reserve facilities, report concerns, register pets, and oversee parcel deliveries.

Feature Highlights

Communicate

Keep residents upto date with trageted communications through email and app notificaitons.

Community

Build and foster a community within and around the building, residents can post notices and view partner offers from local businesses.

Facilities

Create facility spaces with felxible schedules based on the size of the apartment that the resident lives in. Shared spaces such as pool or bbq area to furniture lifts - residents can book as they like without the building staff having to carry the admin.

Parcels

Notify residents that mail / parcel has arived, resident can opt to have delivered with a fee auto charged or let concierge know when they'll collect..

Reporting

Let's residents report anything they see that needs fix or brought to concierge's attention. Perfect for the defecting process when new residents move in.

Parking

Residents can register vehicles and if available communicate with onsite valet - request vehicle or an item from it.

EV charging

Manage charging of EV's and billing for power used either on a session basis or rolled up into a monthly account with auto charging to the residents credit card.

Moving In

Streamline the process of moving in with document management - documents such as build spec's, appliance manuals etc can be attached to the apartment and made available to residents. Reporting feature to help manage defects and the remediation of these.
